Payments are due according to the schedule outlined. Failure to make timely payments may result in a pause or termination of services and a late fee penalty as specified in the SOW.

You may not use our services for any fraudulent, illegal, or unethical activities. You are solely responsible for ensuring all materials provided to us (e.g., product images, ad copy, claims) comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and advertising standards in your jurisdiction.
5. Term and Termination
These Terms and Conditions shall remain in full force and effect while you engage our services. The specifics of the service term, renewal, and termination policy will be detailed in your SOW. WITHOUT LIMITING ANY OTHER PROVISION OF THESE TERMS, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO, IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION, DENY, SUSPEND, OR TERMINATE SERVICES TO ANY PERSON FOR ANY REASON, INCLUDING FOR BREACH OF ANY REPRESENTATION, WARRANTY, OR COVENANT CONTAINED IN THESE TERMS.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of our operating jurisdiction. DomainLLC and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of our local jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
